Goals of physical examination for ST-elevation MI patients

we can classify the examination of STEMI patients by brief and detailed physical examination .the detailed  examination should be perform to assess and diagnosis of location , extent and presence of STEMI complication, while the brief physical examination should be focused on neurological examinations to look for evidence of prior stroke or cognitive deficits before fibrinolytic therapy .
